Consignment Selling
Consignment selling means we sell your item for you, on your behalf, while it remains your property until sold. You agree on a minimum sale price with us, we handle the entire sale, and you receive the agreed amount once cleared funds come in. Our commission and any applicable fees are deducted from the sale — agreed with you up front.
Advertising & Marketing
Quality photos, well-written listings and promotion across the marketplaces and channels where Territory buyers are actually looking. A properly marketed item sells faster and for more.
Enquiry Handling
We answer every message, call and question about your item. No more being woken up by 11pm "is this still available?" texts — we deal with the noise so you don't have to.
Negotiation & Sale
We negotiate with buyers on your behalf, aiming for the best result above your agreed minimum. When the deal is done, we manage payment and completion of the sale.
Practical Support Services
Where applicable, we can also take care of the physical side of selling. These services are optional and charged separately — we'll quote you before anything is booked.
Collection & Delivery
Selling something big, heavy or awkward? We may be able to collect the item from you and deliver it to the buyer once sold — handy for furniture, equipment, recreational gear and anything else that won't fit in a hatchback.
Cleaning & Presentation
Presentation makes a real difference to the final price. We can arrange cleaning and tidy-up of your item before it's photographed and listed, so it shows at its absolute best.
Storage
Need the item out of your way while it sells? Storage may be available while your item is being marketed, so you can clear the shed, the spare room or the driveway today rather than when the buyer turns up.
Straightforward Settlement
When your item sells, we handle the money side properly: proceeds are released to you once cleared funds have been received, with the agreed commission and any applicable fees deducted — exactly as quoted, nothing more.
What Can You Consign?
If it has resale value in the Territory, chances are we can sell it. Common examples include:
- Furniture and household goods
- Tools, machinery and trade equipment
- Camping, fishing and outdoor gear
- Boats, trailers and recreational equipment
- Electronics and appliances
- Sporting goods and bikes
- Collectables and quality secondhand items
- Downsizing, deceased estate and moving-sale items
Not sure if your item qualifies? Ask us — it costs nothing to find out.
